We are based on the Isle of Man, and we send orders to the Island every week. There is just one thing you need to know before you check out, and it takes about five seconds.
When you reach the country box at checkout, choose United Kingdom. Then enter your Isle of Man postcode exactly as you normally would.
Royal Mail treats the Island as part of the UK, so your parcel is posted and delivered in exactly the same way. Nothing about your delivery changes. The only difference is that your order goes through cleanly instead of being held.
Our printing partner's system cannot process "Isle of Man" as a country. If it is selected, the order is stopped before it reaches production and has to be placed again. Choosing United Kingdom avoids that completely.
Here is the shape an Isle of Man address should take at checkout. This is a made up example, so please use your own details.

The two parts that matter are that the country says United Kingdom, and that Isle of Man appears on address line 2 so the postie knows exactly where it is going.
Delivery to the Isle of Man is £4.99, the same as anywhere in the UK. If your order includes items made at different studios, they may arrive as separate parcels, and £4.99 applies to each one.
