Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before they are dispatched. During busier periods, new launches, bank holidays, or seasonal peaks, processing may take a little longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, UK delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 business days.
For most UK orders, the estimated total delivery time is around 4–12 business days from the date the order is placed.
Where tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
While we always do our best to meet these delivery estimates, occasional delays can happen due to high order volumes, courier issues, weather disruption, or other factors outside our control.
If your order includes more than one item, they may sometimes arrive separately depending on how they are fulfilled.
